We try to ship the orders on the same day. Once shipped, it usually takes 4-7 business days. Delivery time may vary depending upon shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions etc.)

Once an order is shipped, you can track your order by going to:

My Account-> Track Order

There you can see all your orders. Click on “View” to view the details of the respected order. Click on the “Track” button to track your order. 

We provide FREE delivery on all orders in India on a minimum order of Rs. 350.

For prepaid orders, if the order is not delivered and is sent back to us, we will initiate a full refund within 48 hours.

We accept all Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI and COD.

All payments on our website are processed over a SECURE ENCRYPTED connection. 

In case there is a payment failure, please retry and keep the following things in mind:

-Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct, and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the payment.

-If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally refunded to your account within 10 business days.

No, currently we are delivering products only in India.

No, this is the amount paid to the courier team for handling your cash to process your payment through cash on delivery mode and is non-refundable.

  • Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.

We only sell online so there is no try-and-buy option available. However, to make sure you in picking the right size, we have a size guide with measurements on our product pages.

You can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option when logging in, and the password reset link will be sent to you via email.

  • Please reach our help centre and provide the required details to raise a ticket then we’ll help sort things out.
  • Exchange is purely subject to product availability.
  • Once your return request is verified by our support team reverse pickup will be initiated from our end and once they are picked up the refund/exchange will be provided.
